工作职责

负责爱彼迎增长团队的运营工作,通过口碑营销、内容营销、分销渠道拓展等方式驱动增长;
策划内容营销活动,持续产出高质量内容,优化站内外分发路径,提升内容曝光;
拓展分销渠道合作方,设计可靠的渠道合作模式,定制个性化的运营方案有效实现业务增长;
时刻关注行业及竞品动态,深入洞察用户需求,不断探索新的增长机会点,并推动落地、优化迭代。

## 工作要求

6年以上互联网产品运营经验,3年以上团队管理经验;
思维活跃、有创新意识。具备较强的团队沟通协作、组织及策划能力;
结果导向,对数据和细节高度敏感,并具有出色的逻辑思维能力,善于利用数据驱动业务决策;
有成功运营案例请体现在简历中。
