The person selected for this position would be responsible for technical and operational support to customer airlines in Russia and other operators in the region. In addition, support to other operators throughput Russia and Belarus may be required.

The position requires a strong focus on proactive customer support as well as ability to lead efforts in troubleshooting, address technical issues and conduct proactive Field Service evaluation of airline operations.

Candidate selected for this job will work closely with customer airline management and engineering staff, and must possess a high level of diplomacy and customer advocacy.

Airline management expects our FSR to be proactive with a strong and patient willingness to work through language and cultural barriers.

Higher education degree is required

Prior Boeing Customer Support experience is desired

Fluent English & Russian

Existing rights to work in Russia

Leadership capabilities utilizing excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customer and home organizations.

Ability to prioritize and administer workload management without direct supervision. Because the position will be supporting newly-delivered aircraft, there will be regular interaction with EIS and Boeing Aircraft Sales and BGS directors with potential sales campaigns for other models.

Experience with 737 and 777 airplane are highly desired. Experience with Boeing Communication System (BCS) is strongly desired.

Superior knowledge of and experience with existing Boeing tools and documentation to deliver local solutions.

The position requires strong customer advocacy and an ability to quickly develop solutions that are acceptable to Boeing and Airline management.

A high degree of verbal and written communication skills, strong diplomatic skills and a clear sense of self-assurance are desirable.

Along with these personal attributes, this position requires strong technical skills with a solid understanding of Boeing processes surrounding the Operations Center, Service Engineering, Material Management, and Sales Operation

This requisition is for an international, locally hired position. Relocation benefits are not available. Successful candidates must have existing authorization to work in Russia for continued employment.
