About the Team:

The Client Management Team focuses on developing and maintaining strong client relationships that result in retaining the business.

Your day to day:

The Rally Account Manager is responsible for overseeing a client BOB with a focus on developing and maintaining strong client relationships that result in retaining the business. This position is client facing and requires prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage relationships with large national accounts (5000+ employees) and serves as the primary point of contact.
• Identify clients at risk, implement a mitigation/action plan and drive improved outcomes; communicate to leadership.
• Represents client internally to address ongoing service needs and ensure client systems are implemented.
• Anticipates client's needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them.
• Identify and communicate potential up-sell opportunities to Sales partners.
• Excellent communication skills required to deliver program enhancements and client outcomes.
• Able to navigate difficult client conversations with a focus on resolution.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal partners to manage client expectations
• Demonstrate understanding of applicable systems/procedures in order to provide appropriate information to clients.

About you:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• 3+ years of Healthcare business experience or related background
• 5+ years proven record focused on establishing and maintaining customer (business to business) relationships with mid-tier or larger companies (5000 + employees)
• Solid knowledge of health insurance business; sales operations or account management.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with software/systems (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Highly flexible, open to change and new information; manages ambiguity, adapting behavior and work methods to changing organization, adapting best practices in all processes.
• Establishes trust and credibility and follows through on commitments.
• Effective data analysis and interpretation skills. Ability to focus on key metrics and frame their overall impact on business objectives.
• Uses careful listening, tact, and candor in all communication.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills; ability to dig into the details.
