On the institutional side of our business, some of the world’s most sophisticated clients have chosen Coinbase’s industry leading offerings for both Custody and Trading.

We are growing our global institutional team and are looking for motivated individuals to help chart the path of a new and rapidly expanding business. Our institutional clients include both the “crypto-forward”, and those just getting into crypto for the first time. You will be part of a team that identifies and develops relationships with clients across Asia and beyond.

What you'll be doing:

• Market Coinbase’s suite of institutional products (Coinbase Pro and Coinbase Custody) to institutional clients across Asia, with a focus on Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Provide client services, sales trading, account management, and relationship management coverage for Asian and global clients during Asian hours.
• Assist senior institutional coverage team members in generating, filtering, and tackling leads and responding to inbound opportunities.
• Take part in marketing roadshows across Asia in order to meet face-to-face with existing and prospective clients, and be involved in hosting and organizing client events.
• Help the business scale by collaborating with teammates to create and optimize processes for sales, support and CRM.

What we look for in you:

• 2-5 years relevant experience, preferably in a crypto trading or custody environment, and/or a traditional institutional banking or brokerage environment.
• English and Mandarin language spoken and written fluency.
• High energy level, eagerness to grow career quickly, willingness to engage in a multi-functional role as part of a small team.
• Strong strategic thinking, client-facing communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Curiosity and able to work in tech start up culture.

Nice to haves:

• Familiarity with and relationships within the Mandarin-speaking crypto ecosystem.
• Fluency in other Asian languages.
• Demonstrated passion for digital assets.
• Singapore work authorization.
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
