www.e-builder.net In this role you will be responsible for leading and mentoring our Technical Account Management Team who is tasked with proactively maintaining contact with our clients, listening attentively to their needs, and identifying opportunities to grow the use of e-Builder within the accounts. The position requires strong leadership, the ability to effectively manage the daily activities of a busy team, handling complex escalations and sales challenges while ensuring the team stays focused on their individual and team goals and monitoring the assigned metrics and reporting requirements. This includes but is not limited to:
- As needed, recruit, develop and train a team of Technical Account Managers dedicated to customer success and long-term customer partnerships
- Conduct weekly 1-2-1 status meetings and quarterly goal reviews with the team. Take corrective actions when required to ensure the team is meeting the business objectives
- Effectively lead the day-to-day operations of the Team in close collaboration with the Director of Account Management and VP of Existing Business
- Serve as the escalation point for upsell business and technical issues ensuring issues are resolved quickly by leveraging resources across the company
- Define and implement processes to monitor and improve Account Management support initiatives
- Support the business by providing input on territory assignments, coverage plans and department processes
- Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive operational excellence across the team
- Work with the Team to maximize the product utilization within every account
- Provide creative solutions to ambiguous business problems
- Measure appropriate metrics and success criteria to assess the impact of your team’s activities as well as continuously improve results
- Identify opportunities and work with Account Management to support the team when sell services or licenses into existing accounts
Attributes/Skills Required:- Ability to effectively present information to customers, strategic business partners, and company management
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex technical documents, diagrams, data models, and process documents
- Ability to utilize investigative proficiency to produce concrete solutions in support of the team
- Proficient experience with MS Office Suite, Visio and web technologies
- Excellent consultative customer service skills
- Knowledge of e-Builder Enterprise is highly preferred
