As Manager, Account Management, you will lead a team of Account Managers responsible for the engagement, expansion and retention of our rapidly growing customer base. You will report to the Head of Sales.
What You'll Do
- Lead a team of motivated and diverse individuals to foster an environment of success
- Participate in customer meetings and workshops
- Be accountable for the expansion, engagement and retention of our fast growing Enterprise customer base
- Define our customer feedback loop with engineering, product and design; collaborate with marketing and support teams
- Assist in continual training and development, including mentorship, hiring and career growth
- Help shape and further develop account management processes and strategic initiatives
- Interview, hire and train new team members as we scale the business and company
What We Value
- 5+ years of experience in account management (preferably SaaS)
- 3+ years of experience in management
- Understanding of our technical and competitive landscape
- Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and growing environment
- Proven track record of leading successful and consistent sales teams
