Purpose & Objectives

Intelligent enterprises effectively use their data assets to achieve their desired outcomes faster – and with less risk. SAP is committed to helping every customer become a smart, best-run business and gain a competitive edge in the experience economy, through digital technologies. This is the reason behind SAP’s recent bold move to acquire Qualtrics International Inc., a pioneer and global leader in Experience Management (XM), to deliver a unique end-to-end experience and operational management system.

Enterprises will be able to better manage supply chains, networks, employees and core processes by combining SAP’s unparalleled operational data (O-data) across various systems of record – e.g. ERP, HCM, CRM, customer service, and Experience data (X-data), for faster, better decisions based on data-driven experience insights to improve business outcomes. With that SAP intend to help their customers become experience-driven intelligent enterprises.

In parallel, existing customers are asking for what business benefits they should move to the latest SAP S/4h digital core, and how they can take advantage of intelligent technologies like AI/ML, Blockchain, IoT etc to create tangible business value.

In this context, the Value Engineering Team at SAP works collaboratively with enterprises to shape a compelling business Vision, enabled by an SAP-supported value-based Roadmap that will deliver improved business outcomes for an attractive Return on Investment - tailored to the enterprise context, resulting in a positive investment decisions for SAP solutions.
