Collective Health is currently looking for a Recruiter to join the Recruiting Team in Lehi, UT and help staff our growing our Customer Experience and Business teams. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building successful teams and relationships across a growing organization, ideally with high-volume recruiting experience. The Lehi site may grow by up to 2x in the coming year. This Recruiter will need to operate independently with multiple stakeholders and competing timelines, acting as a resource to members of the People team in Lehi.

Core Responsibilities:

• Source, recruit, and hire for roles across our Customer Experience organizations in our Lehi office.
• Generate significant pipeline and program manage hiring for for high-volume Customer Experience roles.
• Manage full cycle recruiting process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Maintain and elevate our high bar for talent, cementing Collective Health as an employer of choice in Utah
• Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates ensuring a smooth end-to-end process.
• Partner with hiring managers, building trusting relationships to understand their hiring needs and develop, implement, and execute hiring strategy to hit goals.
• Source passive candidates from a variety of sources, and possess the ability to generate pipeline and momentum
• Facilitate interview feedback and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers.
• Develop and execute unique and effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage top tier passive and active talent.

The Optimal Candidate:

• 3-5+ years recruiting and sourcing experience
• Experience managing a high-volume recruiting environment
• Patient, communicative team player that has outstanding interpersonal skills
• Pays acute attention to detail
• Experience partnering with Executives, Managers, and Interviewers throughout the hiring process
• Thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and is willing to roll up his/her sleeves to do what needs to be done to build a great company
• Personable with a great work ethic and positive attitude
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
