The HP Printing business spans customer segments from consumer to enterprise which combined represent a $100 billion global market opportunity. The Office Printing Systems division, includes HP LaserJet printers; scanners and A3 MFPS, the HP PageWide platform; supplies, printing software and workflow solutions.
HP is gearing up to be a leader in the A3 space. As a key growth strategy for HP we are ramping up our innovation and investment in this area. The role of A3 Product Marketing Manager will be central to the development and execution of this growth plan.We are looking for candidates who are passionate, caring, collaborative and proactive, people who are unafraid to voice their ideas. Ideally you will have knowledge or experience of the printing industry, although we may be flexible around this depending on the candidate.

In this role, you will also have an opportunity to:
- Manage the product marketing and analytics for the A3 Office Printing Solutions portfolio
- Own and have accountability for the portfolio P&L
- Manage the financial and operational metrics of the A3 Office category including revenue, gross margin, market share, owned inventory, channel inventory
- Drive the 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) planning and execution process, through collaboration with sales, marketing and other functional teams
- Create and execute the A3 strategic plan
- Engage with our wholesale and reseller channel partners as well as our direct sales
- Be responsible for the relationships with our Regional Head Office in APJ and key stake holders on product management facets
- Influence internal teams such as Enterprise, Finance, Marketing and Supply chain,
- Engage with Media and other external influencers
- Ongoing assessment of market competition
To enjoy success in this role, we believe you should have the following skills or experience:
- Multidimensional business planning and analysis skills
- Financial planning and modelling, being comfortable in managing business reviews and reporting
- Strong numeracy skills, ideally with some knowledge of P&L Management and great Excel skills
- Preferably a knowledge of the print market
- Demonstrated experience in product marketing, product lifecycle and product pricing
- Experience of managing a sales funnel and forecast
- Knowledge of pricing strategy in relation to FX fluctuations and effects on Market demand, GM, Pricing Parody and Price and stock protection
- Experience of Quarterly Business Reviews across different Route to Markets
- Skilled at product evangelizing and training, developing effective sales tools
- Ability to engage with Regional HQ, with Product Managers, Development Managers, Product Planners, supply chain, Technical, PR, Ordering Management team
- Market segmentation, Market Share analysis, projections and Market strategic planning
- Stock level management through accurate forecasting and analysis of sales
- Pricing and channel discount structures
- Portfolio margin analysis and Profit reviews at Deal and Promotional level
