Position Summary

In order to complete our IT Platforms Department, we are currently looking for a Technology Expert – Agile & DevOps

You will bring deep expertise and knowledge to the Agile and DevOps Launchpad team. You guide and promote optimal use of technology to support the cost-effective delivery of business requirements within the area of Agile and DevOps.

You will perform preliminary studies, helping to set the technological direction with the product or platform manager. You will support delivery and sustain of complex technical solutions and may be accountable for specific deliverables in relation to development or support within the area of Agile and DevOps.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Agile and DevOps transformation of Nestlé’s IT product teams by
• Designing, implementing and improving Continuous Integration toolchains for different technologies in collaboration with Solution Architects in the Product Teams
• Automating repetitive activities thanks to CI/CD solution
• Automating configuration management
• Automating environment provisioning
• Continuously support Product Managers to improve their teams’ efficiency by adopting Agile and DevOps tools and practices
• Actively contribute to the Agile & DevOps community to share, learn and improve ways of working and technologies Contribute to the Strategy on technology/tool usage to achieve Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Deployment (CD) for the product teams.
• Support the integration of solutions with various technologies.
• Support and influence the technical activity (design, build, testing) in significant or complex innovation initiatives, accountable to the Innovation or Product Manager for the delivery and quality of technical deliverables

Are you a fit?

• 5+ years’ experience with both Microsoft and Linux environments
• 5+ years’ experience building CI environments (Jenkins, Travis, Bamboo, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Proven experience in containerization techniques when provisioning environments (Docker with Check and/or Ansible / Puppet)
• Proven experience in orchestration solutions for containers Kubernetes, Docker Compose, Docker Swarm
• Proven experience in deploying containerization in CaaS platforms (Azure Container Service, Google Container Engine, Amazon EC2 Container Service, Apache Mesosphere)
• Proven experience with IaaS solutions such as Azure, AWS, Openstack
• Proven experience in Azure Cloud IaaS and/or PaaS and/or CaaS
• Proven experience with other scripting tools like Linux bash or Python
• Proven experience in setup and maintaining significant CI/CD system(s)
• Strong knowledge in scripting languages (such as Python, Bash, Ruby, Powershell...) and leveraging Continuous Integration and deployment packages
• Strong automation mindset
• Strong interpersonal skills, team player
• Curious with ability to quick learn new technologies
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
