We are actively seeking a Corporate Event Marketing Specialist to focus on planning, organizing, and executing event logistics for our Santa Barbara office.

About The Team:

The goal of our team is to successfully manage the expectations of our merchant partners, affiliate networks, OPM’s/agencies and Honey users. Doing so successfully will maximize affiliate sales and commissions without sacrificing product quality or straying from the company vision. We must work closely with Tech, Product, User Acquisition and the rest of the company to accomplish this. We are the public face of Honey and as such, it is our responsibility to be innovative, solution-oriented and to always deliver the best customer service possible.

About The Role:

Create a general unified vision of design and collateral across all Revenue conferences & events. Ensure what we are presenting to partners reflects what we present to members and vice versa. Drive consistency in what we present to the public. Act as a liaison between Communications, Growth, Design, and Revenue Department, especially Events and Strategy. There is also a level of organization and coordination required for this role to support the Corporate Event Planner in managing over 45+ conferences a year. As a member of our team, you will be pushed to take the initiative on various projects throughout the year. We value a can-do attitude, collaboration, learning and curiosity.

What You'll Do:

As a Corporate Event Marketing Specialist at Honey, you will:

• Ensure conference swag, booth design, statistics & digital display videos align with our Growth, Marketing & Design teams
• Ensure our speeches, communication, award submissions, stats & company descriptions are in line with the above teams as well
• Ensure Growth, Marketing & Design is using Partners in advertisements that we want to feature and adhering to the partner’s guidelines
• Event coordinator support and production within required time limits
• Dive into research to see what we could be doing better as a company and find ways to level up our event experience every year
• Occasionally oversee travel, transportation and hotel arrangements for staff and/or attendees for events
• Occasionally support needed event details such as catering, entertainment, transportation, location, guests, equipment, etc.
• Collaborate with our Partnerships team and work directly with our Corporate Events Planner to support all event logistics
• Ensure a smooth and seamless experience both for our employees and partners
• Potential travel to conferences as needed

About You:

• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized
• Experience in marketing, design & branding
• Portfolio of previously managed events
• Strong written, verbal and in-person communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Superior organization skills - Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload
• Budget management abilities
• Experience working corporate events
