Lime is a smart-mobility provider that offers cities an array of mobility products including Lime-E e-assist bicycles and Lime-S electric scooters. Lime aims to revolutionize mobility in cities and campuses by empowering residents with cleaner, more efficient, and affordable transportation options that improve urban sustainability. We are looking for a Regional Mechanic Manager to lead the company-wide repair, assembly, quality assurance, and maintenance of our bikes and scooters in CEE. You will collaborate with a dynamic group of individuals from a variety of departments to ensure that our scooters and bikes are fulfilling their purpose in improving the lives of their users. You will get to work with a team of talented individuals, while defining the standards and processes for our mechanics teams.

What You'll Do

• Creating guidelines, training, supervising, and leading repair in CEE.
• Track and report all information tied to repair operations
• Communicating with software, and hardware organizations to ensure timely conflict resolution
• Collaborate closely with our China hardware team
• Provide hardware design feedback and resolve quality control issues
• Manage potential urgent crises for daily infrastructure operations

About You

• Fluent in English
• 5+ years of Operations Management experience
• Excellent management and communication skills
• Knowledge of hardware design and software tools
• Ideally experienced in bike maintenance
• Ability to travel across the globe up to 75% of time
