Key Responsibilities

• Identify, Design & Develop strategic business plans in Greater China region (HK & Mainland China).
• Provide subject matter expertise, value proposition, operating models and assistance in implementing suggested strategies, action plans, proposals and bidding.
• Identify key retail & business implications for selling consulting engagements as well as helping to sell larger end to end deals and transformation programs to RCG clients.
• Propagate Cognizant’s value propositions, solution concept/ design, differentiated service offerings with the clients, from negotiation to closing deals.
• Define Omni-channel experience, O2O strategy and related operating models in order to build a roadmap for customer centric digital transformation.
• Build productive and lasting client relationships at all levels. Provide insights to help build thought leadership around customer and channel transformation topics as a consulting partner and trusted advisor to the clients.
• Leading consulting / BA deliverable's and managing projects for retail clients
• Monitor contracts, implementation from contracts, performance customer payment and delivery terms with full P&L accountability.
• Improve existing businesses by enhancing client engagement, end-to-end projects, increased profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Providing SME inputs for white papers, competition knowledge, go-to-market initiatives, and projects.
• The KRAs will be a mix of above – highest priority to business development (financial target agreed mutually with regional head of the consulting group), plus a target for billing personal time on projects, while team building is important and operational metrics are also tracked
