The Head of Digital Marketing is a leadership role that will have a focus on the global digital marketing strategy and consumption of our content. This is an opportunity to truly put digital expertise to work create a revenue-building engine for a large and powerful business. The leader in this role will build our digital marketing strategy and infrastructure across all digital channels. The leader will guide our internal and external partners in identifying how to make what we currently do continuously perform better, while constantly identifying new and interesting opportunities to innovate the way in which we market.

Role and Responsibilities

The Head of Digital Marketing for Wealth Management will report to the Chief Marketing Officer for Asset & Wealth Management, and will lead the efforts to develop and execute a best in class digital strategy.

The role will oversee:

Digital Experience:

Partner with Chief Marketing Officers, and the wider business, to ensure that digital capabilities are aligned with the vision of the business to drive revenue through lead generation and conversion.

  • Oversight of digital platforms, including: Public Site, Social, Email and Private Site
  • Lead the creation of a new web strategy, mobile/apps and other digital programs to strengthen our brand.
  • Collaborate with Products & Platform, technology, operations and business partners across regions and functions to coordinate and allocate resources, activities and investments to maximize overall return on investment
  • Manage a team of Digital Product Owners who will drive the strategy, vision and execution of digital projects and campaigns that drive acquisition and deepening
  • Establish, implement, and manage a standardized product lifecycle management process for all digital offerings
  • Understand industry trends, competitors’ technology and our technology platform to identify and articulate opportunities to deliver differentiated capabilities to clients and market participants.
  • Consistent measurement around digital consumption and performance across all platforms
  • Management of campaigns touch point strategy and execution across digital channels
  • Ensuring proper focus on digital compliance, control and risk issues

MarTech Strategy & Infrastructure:

  • Define Wealth Management’s digital program’s strategic vision in line with business goals, while overseeing the development of digital marketing capabilities and underlying platforms that will enable a data-driven and customer-centric marketing operation.
  • Manage the Private Bank’s website ecosystem to ensure elegant and intuitive digital experience
  • Define a strategy that refines lead generation, improves localization, enriches the user experience, is personalized and enhances search optimization
  • Oversee the development of website strategy and roadmap based on the strategic vision of the organization
  • Create a digital marketing program that amplifies and modernizes content delivery across digital channels
  • Develop scalable marketing platforms that supports effective and efficient marketing
  • Partner with technology and relevant parts of the firm to expand marketing capabilities across the full customer journey and touch points
  • Standardize technologies and vendors as much as possible to drive economies of scale
  • Partner across Asset Management, Chase and Wealth Management to leverage platforms effectively
  • Create an efficient, integrated platform with right sized solutions that are modular and scalable

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 10-15 years in a digital marketing role in financial services
  • Experience in developing large scale digital marketing strategies
  • Understanding of digital acquisition and analytics
  • Strong understanding of digital UX best practices and trends in website development
  • Strong understanding of SEO/ SEM, digital marketing and advertising technology ecosystem
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience in wealth management, private banking or consumer financial services companies are advantageous
