About You

As the Regional Director of Commercial Sales you’ll leverage your expertise to build and lead one of our dynamic and promising commercial sales team. Building upon a proven successful sales methodology, you’ll strive to hit revenue goals and coach your team to success in their careers. You’ll be in the front seat driving our explosive customer growth and paving the way for market domination.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Minimum 8 years of successful direct sales experience
  • Minimum 2 years of leading successful sales teams
  • Background in technical applications, familiarity with SaaS a plus
  • Experience in a fast paced, high octane sales environment
  • Excellent communication (written, oral) and presentation skills (in-person, virtual)
  • Comfort working closely and building relationships with C-Level executive
  • Consistent track record in hitting stretch goals quarter after quarter
  • Experience working with ROI, cost modeling and other quantitative techniques to educate and assist potential buyers
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Unwavering dedication to integrity and professionalism
