About the Role

The AppDynamics Sales Development Representative (SDR) is based in Dallas, TX and is the premier entry-level program into our sales organization. The role is focused on accelerated development of high potential, early career talent. The difference between the AppDynamics SDR and other sales programs is that AppDynamics is exclusively merit-based and there’s no time limitations before a promotion.

About you

You have recently started or are looking to break into a career in technology sales. You are highly driven, intelligent, hungry, and coachable. Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn, and prior sales experience is ideal.

The day-to-day will include:

• Working with top enterprise and commercial accounts in North America
• Weekly and quarterly sales training and enablement
• Partner with marketing to qualify & convert leads into opportunities
