*Please note this role is for a 12 month fixed term contract* Luckey, now a part of the Airbnb family, is a leading Host Management Company. Luckey offers property owners an all-inclusive service: listing of their residence, management of guest arrivals and departures, professional cleaning services, 24/7 assistance, and more.
As we continue to expand our business, the Luckey team is looking for a Spain Partner Manager to join the team in Madrid to ensure the expansion of Luckey across Spain through local partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- At launch, you’ll recruit new partners to join our program by identifying, qualifying and pitching with them. New partners will include Property Managers (small to large size), City Managers (i.e. franchisees) and possibly Real Estate businesses.
- At launch, you’ll also support the Spain Operations Manager in managing the operational team in Madrid
- Once partners are contracted, you’ll provide partners with the training necessary for their onboarding, with focus on operation best practices, the use of Luckey’s tools, the use of central customer support, etc.
- Once partners are onboarded, weekly monitor their performance and promptly tackle issues by providing an efficient support on all aspects of their work (e.g. Operations, Legal, Sales, Customer Support, etc.)
- Support partners in their growth plans through country-level strategic projects
- Set an appropriate communication strategy with our partners to share central information with them and ensure a daily communication channel from partners to central operations
Requirements:
- Qualified candidates will have 4+ years of work experience, preferably with combined exposure to franchise/partnership management, B2B sales and/or project management in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment
- Hands-on and not afraid to roll sleeves up when needed
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong appetite for a challenge and ability to adapt in the fast-moving environment of a high-grow business
- Ability to frame issues and develop hypotheses to solve issues
- Strong written and verbal communicator
- Native Spanish and fluent English required
- Willingness to travel across Spain on a weekly basis
- Experience in franchise management and/or in the property sector is a strong plus
