We are looking for a team player who is motivated and enthusiastic about all things digital. Working in a fast-paced shared services environment, the Online Marketing Operations Executive will support the EMEA Marketing Operations team to drive our online marketing activities in EMEA.

Job Description:

This role will be responsible for campaign execution activities across all of Groupon’s online marketing channels and platforms. This position requires attention to detail, passion for operational excellence and the ability to multitask while working to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Run Facebook campaigns advertising on the trending supply and categories across all markets in EMEA;

​ Understand the Facebook ecosystem and optimizes campaigns to hit desired targets;

Keep track of the latest Facebook trends, solutions and products;

Work closely with other Marketing Teams to deliver the best customer experience;

Cooperate with the Design Team to create a cohesive brand image;

Work closely with our Dublin office to ensure campaign execution;

Build weekly performance reports and analyze channel trends;

Report monthly channel spend to Finance;

Report Invoices from Partners;

Requirements for the role include:

The successful candidate should have (or be in the process of acquiring) a third level degree in a related field such as Business/Marketing/Online/Communications;

Exposure to digital ad serving concepts (CPM/CPA/ROI);

Oral and written language skills in English (C1);

Strong analytical approach - ability to draw insights from data from different channels;

Proficient technical skills in MS Office and G Suite, especially in Excel;

Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes;
Excellent organisational skills;
Ability to meet the deadlines and manage to deliver projects with minimal supervision;

Ability to work in a fast paced environment;
Some understanding of digital marketing and consumer trends;
Good interpersonal and strong communication skills;
Technically curious with a thirst for knowledge of Online Marketing
