It takes a team with a wide range of talents to create ground-breaking products. Our Proposal Management team within Global Business Services has the expertise to bring the process together. We support the opportunity lifecycle from development through to contracting, acting as the primary liaison between the customer and the financial support organizations. RPF tenders, customer business case analysis, total cost of ownership modelling – we take it all in our stride.

Key Responsibilities

Come join a new team in Global Business Services called Early Solution Engagement. Scope of engagement is defined as solution concept to receiving a Purchase order from the customer. Solutions to be covered include complex cross-SAB deal, bids and proposals and deals with non-standard elements such as special concessions or payment terms.

  • Partner with sales, customers and cross functional teams (legal, finance, supply chain) to build legally compliant and fulfillable solutions within EMEA driving superior customer experience
  • Ensure early visibility and prioritization to effectively resource solution engagement depending on the deal complexity
  • Partner with peers to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Strong functional domain experience (sales, legal, finance, pricing)
  • Deep relationships/established brand with regional sales and functional teams
  • Problem solving ability with a customer-centric mindset
  • Transformative leadership experience managing multi-level organizations
  • Effective communication skills with ability to collaborate and influence a broad range of stakeholders
