Operations Analyst

Job Description

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports focusing on training data
• Maintain reporting on KPIs and QBRs for the training department
• Review all reports for accuracy and completeness
• Work with cross-functional areas and interpret data for business processes, investigate root causes and provide appropriate recommendations based on analysis
• Perform and report learner and other analyses
• Summarize analysis into clearly written memos and presentations to outline operational observations and improvements.
• Perform quality assurance inspections of reports and deliverables
• Engage in reporting and analysis project planning and execution
• Build and maintain database records; extract learning data from multiple sources and systems.
• Data cleaning, Data harmonizing, and Quality Control
• Participate in special projects as required

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working within a complex learning and development and corporate environment.
• Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration orientation.
• Strong computer skills, particularly with LMS, data management systems, and information management strongly preferred (Cornerstone on Demand, Monday, JIRA).
• Experience collecting, analyzing and reporting on data
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (R, and Tableau preferred)
• Able to handle numerous projects at one time.
• Comfortable working in a culture of constant change.
• Self-starter, requiring a minimum of direction for completing assignments.
