Job Description
Introduction Your Role and Responsibilities Summary/Mission: To deliver best in class purchasing support of client’s mission through partnership with our customers and a commitment to excellence, innovation, diversity and integrity.
Position Summary/Mission: Provide end to end Source to Pay support to the clients/vendors with excellent quality, detailed resolution and a great customer experience.
Fundamental Components & Physical Requirements: As an helpdesk practioner, the responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Gain end to end source to pay exposure to assist callers on any queries.
- Have excellent knowledge of S2P policies, tools and client organization.
- Ability to work under pressure with dependent teams to drive First call resolution, maintain ASA less than 30 seconds and call abandonment rate as specified with good CSAT
- Maintain Average call handling time to understand the client’s concerns and provide quick resolution.
- Own, follow up and drive all customer queries to closure.
- Maintain good scores on QA with a neutral accent, understanding the problem, providing accurate responses.
- Fluent English with excellent written communication skills with e-mail etiquette
- Drive projects to reduce incoming help requests.
- Assist in training new team members on the role.

Background/Experience Desired: - Minimum 0-3 years’ experience in Supply or Operations Management
- Prior experience with working effectively across different teams, processes and technologies to attain desired business, operational and compliance results.
- Neutral accent with good grammar and very fluent in communication.
- Good written English with e-mail etiquette.
- Additional Language Skill Requirement: Fluent Chinese (Speak, Read & Write)
