The Automated Communications Team (ACT) builds tools that enable intelligent communication with Square’s customers through digital channels and go-to-market teams. As an interdisciplinary team, we provide platform services like notifications to power product functionality, operations, analytics and targeting tools to grow and retain customer bases, and automation / optimization of these activities through data science and machine learning. We play an important role in balancing two evergreen objectives: maintaining our customers' trust and growing the Square ecosystem.
Within ACT, the Messaging Analytics team uses Square’s vast collection of data to analyze and optimize Square’s cross-sell, upsell, engagement, and retention initiatives. We:
As ACT’s Product Analyst, your role will be a hybrid of traditional roles in product analytics, product marketing, and business intelligence. You’ll need to synthesize trends and insights through the vast amount of data captured by Square, and develop actionable strategies to grow Square’s sellers and their engagement with Square’s products.
