Marketplace Quality, Agent Program Manager

Dublin

We’re looking for a Marketplace Quality, Agent Program Manager to help businesses, advertisers, and Pinners get the most out of Promoted Pins on Pinterest. You’ll lead a team of Agents who help make sure Pinners have a great experience by holding advertisers and merchants and their Pins to high standards of advertising and merchant policy compliance. You'll report to the Head of Community Operations in Dublin, and work closely with the Marketplace Quality team in San Francisco.

What you’ll do :

Conduct weekly 1-1s with a team of Agents working across multiple business markets
Manage the hourly schedule of part-time Agents
Hire, train and onboard Marketplace Quality Agents to support new business markets
Collaborate in the planning and education of new workflow launches, updates and product changes
Work closely with Policy and Sales teams to ensure advertising policy compliance and comprehension

What we’re looking for :

Thoughtful and honest communication skills
Experience in building training programs
Expertise in online customer support or content review
Experience collaborating with business functions
