Harborview - Food and Nutriton has an outstanding opportunity for a FOOD SERVICE WORKER position.
WORK SCHEDULE

12:00 pm- 8:30pm

40 hours per week, variable days
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

Will perform a variety of duties including preparing and serving food, maintaining sanitary conditions of kitchen facilities, and serving food on cafeteria line.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Washes, peels, cuts up vegetables and fruits; opens canned goods

Transports food, supplies, and equipment to and from kitchen, dining areas, storerooms, and refrigerators

Serves food individually or from steam tables and carts; loads and clears steam tables and carts

Stocks work areas, including nursing unit pantries, practices First In First Out (FIFO) methods to minimize waste
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Possession of, or eligible for, a food handler's permit.
