QA Team Leader - Product Technology

As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Leading a team of testers and be responsible for the quality of their work
• Establish and coordinate test strategies with development/product teams.
• Design and implement test plans and test cases.
• Review test results daily and report issues.
• Identifying and documenting defects
• Working with SDETs in terms of test automation
• Tracking Quality Assurance metrics (e.g. defect density, open defect count)
• Coordinating with other teams to ensure timely delivery of quality product.

You will be set up for success if you have:

• 4 years of experience in software testing
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and tools
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of testers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g. JIRA, TestRail)
• Experience with Charles proxy or any other similar tool will be a significant plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to diagnose complex issues in application testing.
• Excellent English communication skills, especially written.
• ISTQB certification would be a significant plus.
