Financial Communications Specialist

Job Description

In This Role You Will:

1. Develops cohesive plans for communicating initiatives and fund events that are aligned to business outcomes.

2. Partners with business area to ensure needs are addressed, various solutions are identified, and delivery of expectations is within scope and capacity.

3. Collaborates with team members to create content that is clear, engaging, and concise. Identifies trends for future application. Recommends creative solutions to ensure successful crew change management as needed.

4. Applies Vanguard's style, usage, and brand standards to ensure consistency using Vanguard's content management system and other related applications

5. Identifies areas for improvement to enhance the effectiveness of financial external communications and its ability to execute on business objectives.

6. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

What it Takes:

• Three years related work experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Experience with OpenText Exstream publishing software and should be able to create and edit templates within the software.
• Good understanding of Vanguard funds and general investments.
