WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Solve complex problems by analysing information from multiple sources to improve products or services.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT ON A TYPICAL DAY:

  • Solve complex problems by taking a new perspective using existing solutions
  • Exercise judgement based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
  • Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services
  • Impact a range of client, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams
  • Work with broad guidelines and policies
  • Explain difficult or sensitive information and communicate this utilising various platforms
  • Share in depth knowledge and experience and work to build a consensus
  • Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience – May lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements
  • Work independently, receive minimal guidance

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 5+ years’ experience with SAGE 300
  • SAGE 200/SAGE PREMIER would be beneficial
  • Have a BA/BS or equivalent in education or experience
  • Strong communication (Written and Verbal) and presentation
  • Sound analysis and reporting
  • Stakeholder management results accountability
  • Good task estimation and prioritisation
  • Problem solving and lateral thinker
  • Risk management

BONUS POINTS FOR THESE:

  • Knowledge of SA payroll, labour or tax legislation
  • Experience in a Payroll Outsourcing environment

Salary Range: Market-related.
