Production Operations Coordinator - EMEA

Job Description

As a Production Operations Coordinator at Netflix, you will be a part of the EMEA Marketing Production team, working closely with program management and asset management to ensure seamless execution of tasks. Your role will be at the heart of tooling, workflow overview, and operational insight under program management, and DAM system management, asset rights & access, and content & asset workflows under asset management. The ideal candidate will be quick to learn and adopt new tools and platforms, able to identify and develop opportunities for efficiency, and capable of communicating ideas and data points clearly and timely. Key Areas & Skills

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Multi-tasker with the ability to manage several different tasks in different stages.
• Proactive, fast, and flexible problem-solver with superb time, resource, and stakeholder management.
• Prepare and present decks/documents when required to communicate ideas, data points or work.
• Familiarity and appreciation for tools such as UserVoice, Google Suite or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solution-oriented, able to pivot and find ways to achieve the deliverables needed for the success of the campaign.
• Manage user access for all digital tools, working towards automating the process.
• Collaborate closely with relevant teams to understand and communicate project roadmaps to regional teams.
• Understand and share the status of customer support tickets to regional teams.
• Support the team conducting regular meetings with regional leads to understand their needs, areas of improvement, and suggestions.
• Create visual presentations for teams with the gathered information.

ASSET MANAGEMENT

• Promote our connected ecosystem to ensure all final assets are compliant with metadata requirements.
• Perform projects as needed to ensure all final assets & related files are available for discovery and reuse.
• Promote our asset taxonomy and provide training to ensure users of our tools are tagging assets correctly.
• Develop, own and execute an archival strategy to ensure the long-term safety and usability of our digital marketing assets.
• Ensure all marketing assets have the proper context (rights & metadata), security, and are easily discoverable.
• Monitor internal requests and reroute them correctly to either a centralized team or external vendor.
• Lead regional projects, owning monthly reports with the agency, overseeing workflows, cost overview, and workflow improvement based on regional nuances.
• Monitor requests and ensure external providers fulfill them within the standard timeframe. Manage the regional partner on the global program.
• Manage regional partners for digital asset ingestion.
• Ensure all campaigns have a final set of assets accessible by all teams.
• Partner with teams in all regions to maintain playbooks and documents for Asset Management globally.

FILE & DATA MANAGEMENT

• Experience in managing and archiving digital assets.
• Knowledge of digital file formats and standards.
• Proven ability to maintain an organized and easily accessible file system.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate data.
• Experience in using data analysis tools.
• Proven ability to use data to inform decision-making.
