Summary

Posted: Mar 29, 2024 Role Number: 200534324 We are seeking a Workforce Management Production Support analyst to join our global team. This role's responsibilities include tier two support to our employee helplines on both internal applications and third party applications like Kronos, WorkJam and Workday. The Workforce Management Program supports multiple cross-functional global partners and customers at Apple with their various business needs ranging from business expansion to People team initiatives to global finance compliance enhancements.

Key Qualifications

* Working knowledge of UKG Workforce Central modules, ideally including Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Attendance, and Attestation Tool Kit
* Knowledge of UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly known as UKG Dimensions) a plus
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication, and the ability to problem-solve complex scenarios
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to deliver production solutions on time and accurately
* Keen eye for pattern recognition, enabling high quality issue diagnosis
* Capacity to connect with and engage cross-functional, multi-region partners and customers to achieve the desired results
* Experience working with integrated HR information systems like Workday

Description

Description - Assess scope and impact of emerging production support issues across our portfolio of workforce management applications - Engage close partnerships with global helplines as a tier two level support partner - Maintain the global support production queue, addressing production issues within SLA standards - Adhere to global incident management procedures from analysis to documentation to resolution - Work closely with global WFM teammates and external vendors and various internal organizations, including HR, Legal, Benefits, Compensation, and technical teams on production tickets and business processes - Contribute to and maintain our Knowledge Base Library, as-is and to-be process and system configuration documentation - Coordinate issue resolution for core teams in payroll, compliance, legal, and HR systems

Education & Experience

Education & Experience Bachelors degree from a premier school
