Job Description

Articulate is looking for a Marketing Technology Specialist to maintain and maximize our marketing technology platforms, data integrations, workflow processes, and campaign productions. This role will support the delivery of marketing operations projects that streamline our go-to-market initiatives and business objectives. You’ll assist with the setup, documentation, and administration of the martech stack, including our marketing automation tool. The partnerships you strengthen with IT and other cross-functional teams will ensure data integrity between systems. You will help troubleshoot unforeseen issues and technical problems as they arise with oversight from your team and leadership. The role contributes to the GTM team’s success and reports to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations.

What you'll do:

    • Support the development, testing, and enablement of ongoing and new marketing automation campaigns and workflows to streamline marketing operations
    • Perform day-to-day martech stack maintenance and troubleshooting, including setting up, testing, researching, updating, and launching projects
    • Help cultivate collaboration with internal and external partners in the marketing campaign production process
    • Assist in optimizing database architecture to support measuring lifecycle stages effectively by analyzing performance and recommending solutions to field management, unsubscribe parameters, and data purges
    • Maintain documentation of existing martech platforms and prepare drafts for new systems, including setup, configuration, user management, data integration, and campaign execution
    • Collaborate with various Marketing stakeholders on cross-channel campaigns to account for diverse needs
    • Communicate proactively with peers and leadership on plans, progress, and challenges

What you should have:

    • Suggested 2+ years of experience in marketing operations or other relevant fields
    • Experience using marketing automation, lead management, in-product tours, and other tools like Marketo, Salesforce, Intercom, Looker, Captello, Typeform, etc.
    • Understanding of database and segmentation best practices
    • Analytical and reporting skills to extract meaning and recommend actions
    • Excellent project management abilities
    • Outstanding communication skills
    • Ability and desire to learn quickly and troubleshoot problems
    • Attention to detail and flawless execution
    • Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
$66,400 - $99,600 a year The pay range for this position is $66,400 to $99,600 for all US locations. Articulate takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
