As a Manager,Social Marketing, you won't just curate and oversee content; you'll drive the strategic direction, focusing on data-driven insights to engage our audience across social channels. This is a 1 year full-time fixed-term contract position located in Madrid for maternity cover. The Role: We're seeking a Social Marketing Manager to join our Spain Marketing team, focusing on Spain and Portugal. This role demands a creative and strategic thinker with a profound understanding of social media dynamics and strong innovation skills both in terms of strategy and workflows. You'll develop and supervise social media strategies, ensuring alignment with our brand values and tone. Your remit includes crafting campaigns that resonate with audiences while maintaining Netflix's unique brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategically manage and grow our social media presence across Spain and Portugal, emphasizing analytical and data-driven approaches.
    • Supervise content calendars, provide creative direction, and grant final approval in collaboration with external partners.
    • Innovate in content creation, leveraging insights to foster fan communities and enhance brand loyalty.
    • Drive social media campaigns that spark conversations and connect with the cultural zeitgeist.
    • Partner with internal teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and strategy.
    • Analyze social media trends and data to inform and optimize our content strategy.

Who We're Looking For:

    • 8+ years of experience in a social or digital marketing role, preferably in entertainment, sports, or gaming industries.
    • Expertise in managing social media channels and building online communities.
    • Adept at creating engaging social content and campaigns that resonate with audiences.
    • Strong analytical skills to apply data-centric approaches to content testing and optimization.
    • Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
    • Ability to work collaboratively, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • This role is more than content creation; it's about strategically shaping how Netflix interacts with its audience on social platforms. Your analytical mindset, deep social media knowledge, and strategic focus will be key in driving our success in Spain and Portugal.
