We are seeking a highly driven, self-motivated Marketing Coordinator to join the Live Experiences team! In this role, you have the unique opportunity to assist with the execution and day-to-day management of marketing campaigns for a myriad of global, ticketed, immersive experiences for some of Netflix’s most iconic films and series. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong expertise in both integrated and omnichannel marketing while maintaining a strong pulse on popular culture. The role requires an ability to quickly and efficiently execute a variety of marketing tactics with the objective of driving ticket sales for large-scale touring entertainment activations. Experience in the LBE, FEC, hospitality, and entertainment industries preferred.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

    • End-to-end project management of long-lead marketing campaigns across a variety of verticals, markets, and products.
    • Support marketing leads and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of feedback, content assets, collateral, etc. required for marketing campaigns
    • Coordinating with outside agencies, vendors, and internal cross-functional partners to ensure complete strategy alignment
    • Updating & maintaining various planning tools, including marketing calendar and other tools related to campaign management
    • Support in collecting data and performance metrics for campaign reporting, market presentations, and internal newsletters
    • Work closely with the finance team to track invoices and purchase orders against a larger P&L
    • Coordinating and supporting on-the-ground activations, programming, and events

What we need from you:

    • 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience at a global brand, agency, consulting firm, studio, or Location Based Entertainment organization.
    • Has a background and interest in fan-facing events, live entertainment, and/or family entertainment centers.
    • Experience developing successful long-lead marketing campaigns for ticketed events.
    • Experience developing strategies for retail, hospitality, or e-commerce adjacent products.
    • Strong creative sensibilities, demonstrating an innate understanding of foundational design and composition principles.
    • Experience aggregating and analyzing data, then socializing insights at all levels of an organization.
    • Approaches marketing with both a creative and sales-driven mindset - You see marketing and sales as two sides of the same coin, always considering both disciplines when making decisions.
    • Understands how to turn consumer insights into actionable findings that move the business forward.
    • You rely on data to make informed decisions, using discernment and when evaluating gut instincts on subjective matters.
    • Have a pulse on industry trends and innovations.
    • Grasps overall business objectives and larger strategic context of any work that is done
    • Clear, concise and confident communicator and able to express ideas and opinions thoughtfully.
    • Able to multi-task and have strong attention to detail.
    • Self-starter, but loves working on a team.
    • Proficient in navigating and utilizing Google Suite.
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $70,000 - $245,000. Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
