Floqast is actively looking for a talented Marketing Operations & Campaign Analyst to help us measure, optimize and scale our marketing programs to drive growth. Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for measuring and evaluating campaign performance across the global marketing team. You will support demand generation, partner marketing and product marketing by optimizing campaign strategies. Your duties include presenting campaign performance metrics to program managers, working with them to define campaign goals, timelines, and key reporting milestones. Additionally, you will lead campaign retrospectives with program managers to analyze effectiveness and identify improvements for future initiatives. Your role focuses on enhancing email campaigns, increasing landing page conversions, and pinpointing drivers of campaign success and areas for enhancement. As a Marketing Operations & Campaign Analyst, you will be the architect behind our marketing data and reports driven primarily out of Looker. The responsibilities will include building and optimizing email campaign reports, identifying website optimizations based on Google Analytics data, managing campaign performance KPIs, and communicating out key insights to relevant stakeholders. Excellent communication skills are required in order to translate complex data analysis of campaign metrics into actionable insights the program managers can take away for future campaigns. *Visa sponsorship is NOT available at this time

What You'll Do:

• Campaign Performance Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis on the performance of email campaigns, landing pages, and other marketing initiatives and campaigns, focusing on key metrics such as conversion rates, engagement levels, and ROI.
• Insights and Reporting: Develop and present detailed reports on campaign performances, offering actionable insights and recommendations to the marketing team for optimization and future strategy development.
• Data Management and Optimization: Work closely with the Marketing Operations Manager and Revenue Operations team to ensure data integrity across marketing platforms. Utilize analytics to improve email strategies, landing page conversions, and overall campaign efficiency.
• Data Enrichment Analysis: Assist in the contact enrichment process evaluating current contact data gaps, areas of improvement, and overall contact data health
• Staying Up-to-Date on Marketing Analytics: Keep a pulse on B2B marketing analytics trends, applying these insights to analyze campaign effectiveness.
• Collaboration for Improvement: Partner with program managers and marketing team members to translate complex data findings into understandable, actionable insights that can shape future marketing campaigns.

What You'll Bring:

• College degree required; major in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a database-related field preferred.
• 2+ years of marketing analyst experience, preferably with B2B SaaS companies
• Hubspot Marketing Certified and an overall Hubspot advocate!
• Strong analytical skills with proven experience in BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI
• Working knowledge of Salesforce with experience building reports and dashboards and collaborating with Salesforce administrators
• Demonstrated experience in optimizing email campaigns, website conversion rates, and marketing programs
• Detail oriented with strong project management and timeline management skills. Experience with Asana or other similar tools is preferred
• Data driven problem solver with the ability to make recommendations in a structured, professional manner to business stakeholders from varied functions and at all levels of the organization
• Growth mindset with bold ideas and know-how attitude to get things done
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
