Your future duties and responsibilities:

You support our customers in transformation projects in the transformation from classic to digital business models. At the interface between business and IT, you will design new and innovative solutions together with our customers at eye level. Depending on the project, you will work with 5-30 team members. You will carry out the following activities:
• Project management in the manufacturing environment, including contract management, project planning and controlling
• IST analysis, TARGET conception and creation of all necessary work steps for the successful implementation of new processes or process changes
• Analysis of stakeholder interests and bringing together different interests at a technical level
• Development of life cycle management for the new processes with the customer in order to implement them sustainably
• Customer communication, presentations and preparation of status reports
• Support of presales activities, e.g. creation of offers
• Development of new customer potential in NRW, as well as further development of the product portfolio for existing customers

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• You have completed a degree in economics, industrial engineering, business informatics or comparable training
• You already have experience in manufacturing
• You have experience in business development, agile project, process or demand management
• You have initial professional experience as a product owner, business consultant or business analyst
• You have experience with analysis methods, as well as with planning, decision-making and moderation techniques
• You have good written and spoken English skills.
• You have an analytical way of thinking and quick comprehension
• You work independently and on your own initiative
• You enjoy working in a team and feel confident when dealing with customers
• You can structure complex content, design it clearly and present it freely
• You have the willingness and courage to adapt to new and unfamiliar situations
• An existing network in the manufacturing sector is an advantage
