About the job: As the Quality Specialist, Financial Institutions Operations and Test Accounts Management for Open Banking Connectivity Operations, you will maintain relationships with other financial institutions and local financial supervisory authorities. You will manage test accounts and ensure their full availability and functionality, process of communicating and billing with test accounts holders. This role can be based in Munich, Gießen and Berlin.

What you will do:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with other financial institutions and local financial supervisory authorities, particularly in regards to the banking and payments space.
    • Coordinate with various internal teams to support by communicating with financial institutions to address and resolve issues. Draft reports and communicate with financial supervisory authorities.
    • Understand and convey complex technical concepts in simple, compelling ways and actively cultivate persuasive arguments and iterating messaging.
    • Manage test accounts and ensure their full availability and functionality, process of communicating and billing with test accounts holders.

Who you are:

    • You are passionate about your job and perform well in a fast-paced working environment.
    • You have a customer obsessed mindset, are proactive, relish problem-solving and challenging the status quo as well have the ability to think creatively and love the satisfaction of brilliant execution.
    • 1 - 2 years working experience in communications, preferably in a technology-driven working environment.
    • Experience working in an evolving regulatory environment is a plus.
    • Experience with banking or payment services and systems is considered highly advantageous.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
    • Enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally.
    • Well-organized and ability to plan and execute on multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
