Senior Business Consultant - ESi --

ADP ESI is seeking to recruit a Senior Business Consultant based in France to support the expansion of MNC solutions through pre-sales activities.

In this pre-sales position, you'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, using your ADP service expertise and consulting skills to solve their most critical business challenges particularly related to Payroll and Absence Management and integration with Core HR solutions to the other multinational ADP offerings.

In this position you will support the Multi country sales through the sales process, support customers through the proof of concept and transition to the implementation and service teams. The successful candidate will also develop effective sales strategies with Multi country sales force, discusses Time Management product requirements with customers and analyze competitors' actions in the market.

The candidate must have effective communication skills and be service focused, results oriented and be able to multi-task and meet deadlines. She/he will work with others in a demanding, fast-paced environment with a commitment to quality and a thorough approach to the work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Client facing activities:

· Perform Strategic selling in large MNC companies environment

· Increase sales performance by presenting Payroll, T&A and HR strategies and business solutions to prospects and clients

· Understand client business expectations and configure the solution to demonstrate ADP's ability to solve client issues.

· Understand and align customer requirements with ADP MNC's portfolio

· Communicate with different audiences, appropriately adjust functional and technical content to meet different audience knowledge and interest, and can juggle meetings with multiple audience levels

· Understand and support HR transformation discussion with prospects

· Creatively and quickly respond to challenging questions with sound business acumen.

· Liaise with internal partners for effective solution outcomes for the client

· Utilise compelling presentation skills including the ability to take complex subjects and distil into a simplistic message to ensure that our clients/prospects understand the value and benefit of our services and MNC solutions

· Support RFP response process and scripted demonstrations within domain area of expertise

· Demonstrate strategic and ethical use of competitive knowledge and intelligence

· Support the negotiation process on the contractual business appendixes (Implementation, Service Definition and Service Level Agreement)

· Participate in marketing events

2. Operational Support:

· Work with other members of the ESI Business Consulting team, but also with the Business Consulting teams in GES

· Have the ability to work and perform under pressure in a multicultural sales environment

· Have the ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training

· Coordinate the answers to customer requests

· Prepare and delivers sales presentations

· Show and demonstrate offering's value

· Participate in sales calls and meetings

· Work closely with the sales team

· Work closely with the Relationship Management, Implementation, Product and Client Service teams

· Keep up to date with product developments

· Work with the domain specialists to get information and updates on the offering

· Travel to meetings with potential clients

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

· Master or Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of sales or HR consulting experience with large, complex clients

Preferred Expertise/Skills Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Collaborative, team player with strong self-starter attitude
  • Knowledge of Business Process Outsourcing is desired

· Communication (multi-lingual can be an advantage)

· Assists in the facilitation of team and client meetings.

· Delivers informative, well-organized presentations

· Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully

· Team player with good written and oral communication skills- Confident negotiator and ability to help 'close the deal'

· Client management skills

· Ability to quickly learn new procedures, skills, and techniques

· Ability to work under pressure

· Ability to identify and ensure the timely delivery of critical information to internal analysis teams, sponsors, customers, and other interested parties

· Ability to work and communicate effectively within a global team environment

· Ability to effectively prioritize work

· Ability to develop and explain technical decisions

· Ability to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information

· Ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical audiences via both verbal and written communications (e.g., technical writing, procedural development, requirements analysis)

· Ability to meet inflexible deadlines

· Domestic and international travel as necessary

  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to travel 40%-60%
