Senior Cloud Engineer - Azure

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Engineer to oversee our Microsoft Azure Cloud environment for our custom-built applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Azure cloud infrastructure management and a strong understanding of security fundamentals. The Senior Cloud Engineer will work closely with the product development team and 3rd parties, and be responsible for managing relevant cloud services to support the operations of the business. What You Will Be Doing "Manage Azure subscription, Resource Manager, Azure Active Directory, DNS, Azure Site Recovery (ASR) and developer tools for Azure.
" Implement Azure Policy, Azure Security Center, Azure AD + Conditional Access, RBAC and Azure Privileged Identity Management.
" Ensure high availability of all mission critical systems.
" Work with product development team on DevOps and Azure needs.
" Provide expertise on microservices architectures and secrets management.
" Ensure user and role management is in compliance with security standards.
" Ensure CI/CD principles are followed and best-practices are implemented.
" Stay current with the latest technologies and advancements in software development, operations, security, cloud, microservices, containers, and scheduling platforms. What You Need for this Position "Expert proficiency with Microsoft Azure Cloud infrastructure management.
" Extensive experience with Azure Policy, Azure Security Center, Azure AD + Conditional Access, RBAC and Azure Privileged Identity Management.
" Strong understanding of security fundamentals.
" Proficiency with microservices architectures and CI/CD principles.
" Experience with software development, operations, security, cloud, microservices, containers, and scheduling platforms.
