Spreetail is hiring for a new role within our fulfillment sector as the Director of Procurement. This role will be crucial for the day-to-day well-being of each person within our fulfillment center. This role will manage the tracking of all inventory and buying of products that are used within the sites themselves!

How you will achieve success:

• Support the supply chain organization in the purchasing of all non-inventory goods.
• Develops and collaborates on initiatives for cost reduction.
• Develop a comprehensive procurement/purchasing program for a supply chain that is in the infancy stages today.
• Maintains knowledge of a variety of markets, in addition to current prices and fair rates for goods and services, and commodities as needed.
• Maintaining Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and streamlining costs.

What experiences will help you in this role:

• 10+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management experience in a similar environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to resolve conflict, drive change management and project governance.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with software in relation to buying, services, and inventory procurement.
• Experience with procurement tools and ERP systems. NetSuite, SAP ARIBA, Coupa a plus.
