This is a medical imaging transport position working 8 hours every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday. He/she transports patients between nursing units and all the imaging modalities, and supports the modality technologists as possible, transferring patients to and from the table, etc. The MIA also transports for the morgue as needed. The MIA will be an excellent communicator, and exhibit a positive demeanor to all during transports. A ready smile and the ability to put a patient at ease is very important. Healthcare Provider level CPR is required, as is completion of a 7-hour HIV/Aids course.
Shift: Saturday/Sunday, 09:00 to 17:30 - 8 hour shift
