Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 6 years of program management or management consulting experience
• Experience with stakeholder management across functions

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience using technology and learning management systems to improve work efficiency
• Experience conducting user needs analysis, and taking action on insights to drive performance improvement and measure impact
• Experience in successfully designing, developing, delivering, and improving high-quality learning solutions, with a passion for coaching and developing others
• Knowledge of adult learning science, instructional design, and development
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders and job functions

In this role, you will develop and implement solutions to meet the needs of gTech. As the Learning and Development Business Partner, you will be the liaison between a centralized Learning and Development center of excellence, the Google Learning and Development Network and gTech industry representatives. You will build relationships with theLearning and Development network to reduce duplication of effort, and identify and promote learning practices. Additionally you will co-create evaluation approaches to assess adoption, effectiveness, and impact of learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive process and foundational structure against plans and roadmap
• Partner with business stakeholders, People Operations, People Development and Go-to-Market to drive awareness and alignment of initiatives, inclusive of curriculum, and enabling systems and infrastructure
• Validate industry and audience needs to inform scaled learning experiences
• Create and scale processes to enable high-quality learning experiences at for gTech
• Act as liaison between gTech industry Learning and Development teams and broader Google Learning and Development community to accelerate adoption of best practices
