Mars Global Services (MGS) is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager to lead the A/NZ TA centre of excellence team who attract, source and select early and experienced talent across all Mars business segments in A/NZ. This role can be based at any location in A/NZ.
This highly strategic and collaborative role will expertly partner and build relationships with senior cross-segment business leaders, and with your significant experience in talent attraction drive the talent agenda and Mars’ employer value proposition to ensure Mars is set up for success to attract and retain the right future talent.
As the talent landscape constantly evolves, you will constantly be looking to creatively innovate and challenge our processes to drive efficiencies ensuring a seamless candidate experience, whilst leveraging your deep talent expertise and industry knowledge to ensure the Mars ANZ TA team will be known as best in class.
What would be your key responsibilities?
• Develop, lead and implement the ANZ TA strategy for a highly complex, heavily matrixed consumer goods business
• Lead the overall TA team performance as well as coach, develop and drive a high performing, agile team of 7
• Engage and influence stakeholders internally and externally to maintain high credibility and positive relationships
• Lead initiatives to build a strong Mars employer reputation to provide a competitive edge
• Drive positive creative strategic talent solutions to deliver best class execution of all aspects of the hiring process
What are we looking for?
• Significant experience in a Talent Acquisition leadership role in busy fast paced environments,
• Excellent record of leading large Talent Acquisition teams with a passion for developing and coaching teams
• Superior ability to communicate, collaborate and influence key cross functional stakeholders
• Strategic & tactical business planning and execution experience that is grounded in sound commercial understanding
• Prior experience managing system implementations, process design and operational excellence
