General job role information: The primary role of the GARS SAP Business analyst will be to work with the GARS business team to understand business requirements and implement solutions in the IT system working with the development team and provide production support – mainly SAP that will satisfy the business needs.
Key responsibilities included (but not limited to): - Understand and analyze the business requirements in detail.
- Configure SAP in Sales and Distribution area.
- Develop functional specifications and work with development team
- Test, Train and Deploy the new SAP Functions.
- Ability to manage project implementations and lead workshop and discussions with business team.
- Collaborate with other partner IT applications for Interface development and testing.
- Ability to study and understand the sales operations process and transform the process by system automation.
- Ability to work with WW team across multiple countries and collaborate with cross functional team.
- Fluent English
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- 4-5 Years of experience in Problem Analysis and Resolution
- 1-2 Project implementation experience in SAP Configuration and Implementation
- Strong Business Acumen Skills
- Aptitude to solve business process issues via SAP System solutions
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional global team and deliver quality solutions.
- Readiness to travel 10% annually
- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Ability to work autonomously
- 4-5 Years of SAP System implementation experience in one of the functional modules - SD, MM, PP, FI.CO and SAP Certification.
- Strong leadership and Project management skills.
- Exposure of GARS / IBM Global Financing Business processes.
