This role is preferred to be located in Maple Grove, MN but has flexibility to be located remotely in US.

About the Role:

This Product Manager has direct responsibility for having extensive knowledge and perspective of the entire TAVR competitive landscape, including commercial, product, technical and clinical aspects of the field. This individual will be the key lead for the franchise on all aspects of competitive intelligence.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Demonstrates knowledge in understanding commercial, product, technical and clinical aspects of global competitors in the TAVR field
  • Utilizes available sources to analyze, synthesize and deliver actionable intelligence to the franchise
  • Creates innovative communications to the global marketing teams to create value and support
  • Creates competitive blunting tools and materials for use by our global commercial teams, including global sales
  • Identifies and communicates competitive threats and opportunities. Creates actions plans and responsible plans as necessary
  • Partners with global commercial teams to meet strategic and business plans and executes commercial strategies and programs
  • Works with cross functional colleagues in key functional areas, including R&D, sales training, clinicals to support initiatives.
  • Serves as input to key yearly planning cycles including Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan as the “Voice of the Competition”
  • Ability to communicate complex “stories” with impact to a variety of stakeholders
  • Display ability to thrive in matrixed organization

What we’re looking for in you:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Engineering, Science, Healthcare/Biomedical strongly preferred)
  • Advanced degree (Masters, MBA) strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of work experience in product marketing
  • Experience creating impactful marketing plans and developing value propositions, positioning and targeting
  • Experience building relationships with key customers and cross-functional partners
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to travel up to 20%
