Charles Schwab's Digital Rep Solutions (DRS) is responsible for modernizing, transforming, and simplifying the digital experience for our client facing financial representatives. DRS is building an extraordinary product management team recognized for driving rep efficiency, innovative user-centric products, critical thinking, organization-wide optimization, proactive leadership, and collaborative partnerships.
Our product management teams define, lead, and support the platforms our reps use to interact with our clients every day. The Strategy & Communications team supports the wider DRS organization and its Product Managers by driving process standardization, creating reusable tools, facilitating processes that cut across product portfolios, and promoting communication and collaboration across DRS and with our key business and technology partners.
Reporting to the Managing Director (MD) of Strategy and Communications, the Sr. Business Analyst provides analysis, decision support, process consultation, facilitation, and communication support across the DRS product management teams. You will deliver on these responsibilities using consultative processes – leading meetings and working sessions with partners, analyzing complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources, formulating recommendations, and briefing senior decisions makers. Additional responsibilities include:
- Leading the DRS intake process, including documenting desired business outcomes, value scoring assessments, preparing summary findings presentations, and presenting to partners and product managers.
- Owning DRS-level analytics strategy to measure scale outcomes based on development work, defining the strategy for integrating DRS into the broader Digital Services Analytics methodology, creating and distributing monthly analytics reporting.
- Assisting the DRS organization prepare and host various leadership and team-wide meetings.
- Supporting the First Line Risk Management Office in our on-going Risk & Control Self-Assessment.
- Other reporting, communications and special project support as needed.

What you have
- 5+ years of work experience, including 2 years of experience in strategy or business analysis.
- A familiarity of Broker-Dealers or financial services or wealth management industries(preferred)
- A familiarity with the Salesforce platform (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Superior analytical abilities, creativity in problem solving, and attention to detail
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with demonstrated ability developing compelling materials and effectively communicating information
- Comfort dealing with ambiguity in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment
- Expert user of PowerPoint and Excel
- Power user of Confluence
