Position Responsibilities
We are looking for a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst in Government Services to bring the fast-growing, ever-evolving power of data science to aviation and aerospace. As a Boeing BI analyst, you will be on the front end of the science, guiding the end-user analytics experience, delivering insights, and developing interactive visualizations. You will get to work closely with our customers, building their trust, studying their problems and business needs. You will blend artistry with science to visualize and explain your findings and stories. We want you to help us bridge the gap between the analytics and their business application.
In particular, the BI Analyst (Government Services) will be responsible for the development/upkeep of interactive visualizations and intelligence tools for a portfolio of analytics and optimization projects involving government platforms and maintenance systems. They will also be responsible for answering ad hoc business intelligence questions ranging in complexity, identifying appropriate analyses and communication tools, and coordinating needed support from data scientists and data engineers where appropriate. This role requires the approved and proper handling and organization of export-controlled (ITAR) data.
