As a member of the Team you will be responsible for working across teams and utilities to on board new business, enhance risk metrics, identify trends, perform root cause analysis and manage remediation activities.

The role will involve managing Risk, Metrics and Governance related tasks and projects; interacting with global stakeholders and service teams impacting clients; remediation of issues; and support implementation of “go forward” solutions.

Your core responsibilities include :

• Interacting with various teams and data sources to create/publish monthly governance reports, metrics and scorecards to management and other stakeholders as applicable
• Perform thematic reviews to identify Risk and Control gaps, document root cause analysis, support formulation of remediation plans and track issues/ action plans to closure
• Manage relationships and work directly with Utility/Hub specific virtual teams, build strong relationships with all global stakeholders
• Manage and Drive program deliverables, both day to day and those longer term project based
• Ad Hoc reporting / Analysis projects
• Create and refine Best Practices

· Create Operational Models and Standard Operating Procedures

Qualifications:

We are looking for a motivated, high performing individual with Operational experience within the financial services industry.

• Working business knowledge of the Custody and Fund services business and its operating models
• Strong knowledge and experience with business architecture and enterprise architecture including development of Business Models and Target Business Operating models deployed on large scale organizations
• Previous experience of strategic programs from an Investment Bank, Corporate Bank or Management Consultancy background desirable
• Expertise in data analysis and manipulation to support hypothesis generation
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to clearly storyboard using PowerPoint is essential
• Partners well with other groups outside of the team’s reporting line; e xcellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently across multiple aspects of the organization at all levels ; confidence in communicating with management
• Logical, structured approach to planning, problem solving and decision-making
• Solid awareness of controls and risk management protocols; experience in control management is a plus
• Self-starter with ability to manage own workload and deliverables
