We are looking for an experienced marketer to develop, drive and manage our Programs and Customer Experience for small businesses for the EMEA region. You’ll be tasked with a range of responsibilities, all with the goals of engaging, educating and inspiring SMBs to grow their business with Facebook. The successful candidate will be a collaborative, creative, and operationally-savvy marketer with a mindset that is both strategic and creative. A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for digital marketing, building experiences and working with small and medium businesses to help them grow and prosper. This position is a 12 month STE contract based in our Dublin office. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and scale the Go To Market framework for EMEA In Person Training Programs, collaborating with wider team to activate in market.
  • Own the SMB Customer Journey for EMEA across all touchpoints online and in person, driving an insights led approach to engage and retarget audiences across channels
  • Manage customer experience and content strategy across Facebook owned channels
  • Define and implement solutions to drive greater reach, awareness and engagement for the Boost with Facebook Program.
  • Act as brand guardian for Boost with Facebook Program in EMEA through all activations.
  • Measure the impact and ROI of marketing programmes.
  • Partner with global and cross functional teams to define the strategy and deliver against business goals.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ years experience in a marketing role
  • Strategic thinker with experience developing marketing campaigns and measuring impact.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, experiential and brand strategy.
  • Experience bringing new ideas to market and scaling for maximum impact.
  • Proven experience working across various levels of the organisation while building trust and fostering collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Strong creative problem solver, track record of moving fast and working under pressure, with tight deadlines. Excellent eye for detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player. Ability to multi-task and take the lead on several projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for/knowledge of SMB market and insights.
  • Expert in operational efficiency for tools and processes along with managing budgets.
