JOB DESCRIPTION
Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is looking for an Assistant Website Manager for the Pottery Barn Kids brand! This person will lead the successful implementation of website marketing content and seasonal launches for PotteryBarnKids.com and works with the site manager, internal and external teams to ensure that all project initiatives are completed on time and meets the highest Pottery Barn Kids quality standards. This person will also be responsible for website operations: planning and implementation; deliverables and change management. Works with site manager on special projects related to operational improvements.

* Schedule and publish daily campaigns, site promotions, and special marketing features across PotteryBarnKids.com
* Collaborate with Design, Marketing, Merchandising, and Development teams to execute critical marketing, loyalty, editorial, and promotional campaigns on the website
* Execute personalization and geo-targeted campaigns on the website in coordination with cross-functional partners
* Fully test/QA all site initiatives prior to launching to the website -- prioritizing any issues found to be fixed and subsequently validated
* Stay abreast of web best practices, competitive landscape, and overall business goals in order to recommend process improvements and/or enhancements for content management systems, site platform and front-end site experience
* Troubleshoot and/or escalate website issues and see them through to resolution

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
We're excited about you because...
* You have at least 1-3 years in eCommerce; Digital Marketing and Project Management
* Bachelor of Arts Degree or equivalent
* Project management skills and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
* Technical savvy -- strong knowledge of web development lifecycle and processes is a must
* Content management system experience required
* Creative problem solving and analytical skills required
* Demonstrated ability to be a team player and drive results
* You are a true team player. You have high energy, are results-oriented, and looking to make improvement and change.
* Ability to thrive within ambiguity and respond with a sense of urgency in a fast paced and evolving working environment
