NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Service Desk Support Specialist - Frankfort, KY to join our team in Frankfort , Kentucky (US-KY) , United States (US) .

We have a position open for an IT Service Desk Support in Frankfort, KY. The chosen candidate will join a team of IT professionals assisting with various client IT issues.

  • Experience in customer service oriented workplace
  • IT experience and knowledge in the following.
    • Desktop Support (Onsite and remote)
    • Windows 7 and 10 Operating System.
    • Entry level networking experience
    • General Server/NAS knowledge
    • Office Suite (particularly Outlook 2013 or higher)
    • Application knowledge (adobe, java, etc.)
  • Experience in phone center and/or helpdesk work
  • ITIL experience/familiarity preferred
  • Experience working in a lively and ever changing environment (adaptability)
  • Experience working with, and as an active part of, a lively team (team player)
  • Multi-tasking ability
  • Strong documentation skills (clear, concise)
  • Experience with Active Directory (our most used tool)
  • Experience with ticket tracking tools
  • Experience with remote support or desktop support

Basic Qualifications:

2 years of IT experience as a Helpdesk or Desktop technician with vast experience providing desktop support duties with extensive troubleshooting skills.
