About the Role
The Associate Manager of Marketing Strategy will be responsible for directing all digital and retail marketing efforts for the Rejuvenation brand including email, search, social, display, and print. This role will lead messaging and execution of promotional, seasonal and ad-hoc campaigns; and will be responsible for driving website and in-store traffic in conjunction with profitable marketing spend. This position works in partnership with San Francisco-based WSI marketing team on strategic and tactical efforts to grow the brand. This position works closely with Ecommerce, Retail, and Creative teams to establish marketing goals and execute campaigns that drive marketing KPIs. This is a direct supervisory role, managing one Marketing Coordinator.

* Lead the development of marketing programs, starting with "the big idea," and then building out a content strategy for all selling channels.
* Drive execution of marketing initiatives from creative brief through execution based on marketing calendar activities.
* Measure and report on campaign effectiveness and performance using eCommerce analytics and marketing performance metrics.
* Manage site readiness for marketing campaigns through strong partnership with eCommerce team.
* Develop a deep understanding of the brand's identity including product, editorial and marketing initiatives in order to develop digital strategies that meet both financial and brand-building goals
* Collaborate with CRM team on overall investment strategy and program optimization
* Collaborate with cross functional partners, including eCommerce, Retail, and Creative teams to develop and execute key marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive traffic to all channels.
* Have direct supervisory responsibility for Marketing Coordinator team member to include development, coaching, performance management, timekeeping, etc.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

* Have 1-3 years in digital marketing and development of marketing strategy.
* Demonstrated understanding and success in digital media and marketing strategy.
* Are analytically minded with strong communication skills.
* Can multitask in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to reprioritize project tasks while maintaining deadlines and goals.
* Have strong influence skills with the ability to get work done through others.
